If you answer yes to any of these questions, you should try and use our physiotherapy machines.

While treatment length varies from person to person, there are a few rules you can follow.

Newer injuries, if treated appropriately and immediately, tend to respond. Many of these first-time injuries can be effectively managed in as little as 3 or 4 days. Conditions that have been present for greater than 3 months and chronic, recurring conditions generally take longer to recover from and full resolution can take 1 month or more.

It is important to remember that chronic, recurring conditions tend to respond more slowly to treatment and take longer for full resolution. Waiting for your symptoms to resolve on their own may work temporarily but it is important to address the underlying issues that are causing your recurrent symptoms.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If any quality problems that are not caused by human, you may return the products. We don't accept returns for no reason.

Items must be returned with 14 working days of receiving your order. Goods returned must be unused, clean and with the safety tag on and intact.

To make a return, please write and email to us and we will email a confirmation to you within 2 working days. After receiving our acknowledgement, you may ship it back for our handling.

What is your return policy?

For machines, we offer 1 year host machine & 6 months unconsumable parts warranty and

life-time technical support.

1. Unconsumable spare parts are those like main machine, inside mainboard etc.

    Consumable parts like bullets, inner tube, pads, replacement bulbs, any glass pieces, etc. are     not covered by the warranty.

2. Our warranty does not cover the damage or malfunctions caused by improper installation,     excessive use or alteration.
